How Your Custom Deckchairs Are Made

The frame of your new deckchair is fashioned from stylish beech wood. This wood has a beautiful pale beige, almost neutral tone, that will complement most designs and colours. The sling of the deckchair is created using a tough but soft canvas fabric. The superior printing quality of canvas is ideal at showcasing your designs and artwork. Colours are vibrant, details are crisp and you will just love the finished result. Once the canvas sling is printed with your design, we sew it with a neat and tidy hem before tacking the sling onto the frame. This creates a sturdy deckchair, that is able to hold weight of up to 100kgs. Replacement slings are available to purchase if you want to mix up your deckchair designs.

There are a couple of important factors to consider when designing your own custom deckchairs. The canvas sling has long and thin dimensions. Take this into account if you are thinking of creating a design with a single image or photograph. If your design does include these factors, we recommend using the preview option to ensure it looks as you want it to. If your image has a long and tall crop, then it should still look good.
