How Zip Top Tote Bag Printing Works

Every part of your new printed tote bag with zipper is handmade by us. It starts with your design. Create original artwork, an innovative print, or even a logo and upload it. Your creation is then printed onto Monroe satin fabric or real smooth/textured Nappa leather. All three material options produce superior print quality, which can be likened to a photograph. The ink is chemically bonded to the fabric, ensuring a vibrant and permanent print. This will keep your new bag looking fresh and contemporary for years, as the ink does not fade or rub off. This makes your printed tote bag with zipper design, when printed on leather, as strong as the material that it is printed on. We use stunning Nappa leather to make your zip-top tote bag and as with all high-end leather products, the print can lift if you scuff the leather. This is most apparent in corners and along the bottom, and we advise that you take extra care with your custom tote.

The fabric is printed, cut by hand and then sewn together by talented seamstresses. This method ensures each of the handbags is unique and custom made. Your bag is finished off with a sturdy base. The studs protect the base of your bag from getting damaged when placed on different surfaces. Waterproof lining, internal pockets and long handles made from stunning leather are the perfect final additions.

The Nappa leather is sourced via Italian tanneries for printing and finishing in our own in-house atelier studio. This work is by hand and to order. As a full-grain, bovine-calf leather, it is graded to the highest level for print and manufacturing quality.
